These are drawings of mine which I have converted into vector art. A few months ago I tried drawing onto coffee mugs and had issues with getting the so-called "permanent marker" to remain affixed after several washings. Therefore, I will have the next series of mugs printed from these files instead of hand-drawing them directly:

The painting was completed and then it mistakenly went into the washing machine with my clothes. I found it before it went into the drier and surprisingly, the paint was fine. I flattened it out and put it into a plastic sleeve with a bristol board backing.

Explaination:  

The timing of Wes Craven's passing and Miley Cyrus's tongue hosting the MTV Music and Video Awards caused two personages to mingle in my Twitter feed at the same time: one of Wes Craven's more endearing creations, Freddy Krueger, and Miley Cyrus in all her tongue wagging glory.  This painting is how I imagine Wes Craven's creation would interact with the pop star...
